This refreshing, alcohol-free, pH-balanced Normalizer helps restore the natural acid mantle to the skin. It is non-drying and helps to condition the skin against unwanted bacteria. Phase 2 completes the cleansing process, as the skin is protected and refreshed.

Method of Use:
Saturate a pure cotton ball with Phase 2 Normalizer and gently smooth over facial and throat areas. Normalizer should not be rinsed or wiped off. Allow 1-2 minutes before proceeding to Phase III.
